Jason A. Harris is one of the few attorneys in Arizona who regularly handles both personal injury and workers’ compensation cases, bringing a rare dual expertise that allows him to navigate even the most complex legal matters. Since 2006, he has been dedicated to helping clients achieve justice and recover from life-altering situations, always bringing a results-driven mindset and unwavering commitment to his work.
Jason has an established record of successfully resolving thousands of car accident cases and hundreds of complex third-party liability claims stemming from workplace injuries. These cases often involve motor vehicle and trucking accidents, construction and industrial incidents, and defective products or machinery. His deep understanding of both personal injury and workers’ compensation law enables him to deliver comprehensive solutions tailored to his clients’ unique medical and legal needs.
Jason’s journey began at the University of Mississippi (Ole Miss), where he developed his strong work ethic and problem-solving skills. He gained invaluable experience working at The Lafayette County Chancery Clerk’s Office during the week while spending his weekends working on a cattle ranch. These early experiences taught him the value of determination, resilience, and finding solutions no matter the challenge.
He continued his education at Western Michigan’s Thomas M. Cooley Law School, where he earned the unique distinction of being admitted to practice law during his time at the Washtenaw County Public Defender’s Office in Ann Arbor, Michigan. This early exposure to practicing law solidified his passion for helping others navigate difficult legal situations.
When Jason isn’t in the office or the courtroom, he cherishes his time with Marisa, Ainsley, and Carter. Whether it’s enjoying family dinners, supporting his children’s activities, or simply spending quality time together, they are his greatest source of joy and inspiration.
Jason A. Harris is not just an attorney but a dedicated advocate who works tirelessly for his clients, treating each case with the same care and determination he brings to his own family.
