Tracy Peacock, Esq., is a seasoned attorney with over 12 years of legal experience, with a current focus on personal injury law. A graduate of Wayne State University Law School, she has built a distinguished career rooted in advocacy, resilience, and results—especially for underserved and Native communities.

Before transitioning to personal injury, Tracy served as a criminal defense attorney for both adults and juveniles within the Gila River Indian Community for more than a decade. She has a proven record of conducting and winning jury trials, bench trials, and adjudications, consistently obtaining favorable outcomes for her clients. In addition to her litigation experience, Tracy has worked on a range of civil matters, including divorce, child custody and customary adoption cases, where she applied the same strategic and client-centered approach. Her approach to personal injury law is informed by years of defending individuals in high-stakes criminal matters, giving her a unique perspective and an assertive edge in advocating for accident victims.

Tracy is a proud member of the Red Cliff Band of Lake Superior Chippewa and grew up on a small reservation in Minnesota. Her personal background and professional journey have fueled a deep commitment to justice, particularly for Native communities and other marginalized individuals.She is a member of the Arizona Association for Justice and the Native American Bar Association. She is admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court for the District of Arizona. Outside the office, Tracy enjoys traveling and spending time with her family and her French bulldogs.
